Pickup and Drop-Off Information

Vehicle Pickup

Once you arrive in Queenstown, call our team on 0800 777 994 and we'll direct you to the airport shuttle collection point. A complimentary shuttle service will transfer you to our Queenstown location where your vehicle will be ready for collection.

Vehicle Drop-Off

Return your vehicle at the agreed date and time. Once your vehicle has been checked in, our team will provide a complimentary shuttle transfer to Queenstown Airport during operating hours.

After-Hours Pickup

Available by prior arrangement. Please contact our team before your collection date to confirm availability and collection instructions.

After-Hours Drop-Off

Available by prior arrangement. Please contact our team before your return date to confirm key return instructions and any specific requirements.
