Pickup and Drop-Off Information

Vehicle Drop-Off

When returning your vehicle, please park in the designated Cross Country parking area, remove all personal belongings and rubbish, lock the vehicle and place the keys in the clearly marked key return box.

Vehicle Pickup

On arrival, visit the rental service desk. Our team will complete any remaining paperwork and provide the keys for your vehicle, which will be parked in the designated airport parking area.

After-Hours Pickup

Available by prior arrangement. Contact our team before your collection date to confirm availability and receive collection instructions.

After-Hours Drop-Off
