Vehicle Pickup

After collecting your luggage, contact our team on 0800 777 994 or 06 835 4450. Our team will collect you from the designated airport pickup area and transfer you to the depot, where your vehicle will be ready for collection. Customers can also request express check-in before arrival.

Vehicle Drop-Off

Please confirm your return arrangements with our team before travelling. Unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation, vehicles should be returned to the Napier depot.

After-Hours Pickup

Available by prior arrangement. Please contact our team before your collection date to confirm availability and receive collection instructions.
