Pickup and Drop-Off Information

Vehicle Pickup

Once you arrive at Christchurch Airport, call our team on 0800 777 994 and we will arrange a complimentary shuttle transfer to our Christchurch Airport location. Please follow the airport collection instructions provided with your booking and have your driver licence ready for collection.

Vehicle Drop-Off

Return your vehicle to our Christchurch Airport location at the agreed date and time. Once your vehicle has been checked in, our team will provide a complimentary shuttle transfer back to Christchurch Airport during office hours.

After-Hours Pickup

Available by prior arrangement only. Please contact our team before your collection date to confirm availability and receive collection instructions.

After-Hours Drop-Off

After-hours vehicle returns are available by prior arrangement. Please note that airport shuttle services are not available outside normal operating hours. Contact our team before your return date to confirm key return instructions.
